Terms

1. Scheduling & Cancellations
a. Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
b. If the Client cancels or reschedules with more than 24 hours notice, a $25
reschedule/cancellation fee will apply.
c. If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation
fee will apply.
d. If the Photographer arrives at the property and is unable to access the home or
conditions prevent the shoot from taking place, the full session fee will still apply.

2. Payment
a. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. Accepted forms of payment include: credit card or ACH.
c. Late payments may incur a 1.5% late fee per day until the balance is paid in full.

3. Client Responsibilities
a. The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready
prior to the scheduled shoot.
b. The Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving furniture/items.
c. Any delays due to lack of preparation may reduce the time spent shooting and affect the
final product.

4. Turnaround Time
a. Standard delivery time is 24 hours after the session.
b. Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Image Delivery
a. Images will be delivered via an online gallery or download link.

b. Files are provided in high-resolution JPEG format. RAW files are not provided under any
circumstances.

6. Copyright & Usage License
a. All images remain the sole copyright of the Photographer.
b. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the images solely for
marketing and selling the specific property photographed.
c. Images may not be altered, sold, or transferred to third parties (e.g., stagers, builders,
vendors, publications) without prior written consent and may be subject to additional
licensing fees.
d. A copyright penalty fee of $500 per image will apply for unauthorized use.

7. Liability
a. The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not
limited to weather, access restrictions, or uncooperative individuals present at the
property.
b. The Photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage
occurring during the shoot unless caused directly by the Photographer's negligence.

8. Artistic Release
a. The Client acknowledges they are familiar with the Photographer's style and portfolio.
b. Editing, composition, and artistic judgment are at the sole discretion of the Photographer.

9. Retention of Files
a. The Photographer will retain client galleries for 30 days after delivery. After that period,
files may be archived or deleted at the Photographer's discretion.
b. Requests for re-delivery after 30 days may incur an archival fee.
